    Introduction:

    APC is a stilbene triazin tetra-sulfonic sodium class optical brightener suitable paper and textile industries.

    Appearance: amber transparent liquid.

    Properties
    APC can be mixed with water at any ratio, suitable for automatic continuous addition & gauge. Good resistance to acid, it can impart excellent whitening effect under low pH. It has good sunlight fastness and alkaline resistance compared with other similar products. Anionic type brightener, It can be used along with anionic or nonionic surfactant in one bath.Good resistance to hard water, the ions of Ca2+ and Mg2+ nearly no influence on its whitening performance, but it is unendurable to the heavy metal ion such copper, iron, etc.
    Applications

    APC is used in paper pulp bleaching, surface gluing and coating mixtures.

    Method of usage:

    The recommended loading concentration when used in surface gluing is 0.5-10g/L. it can get better effect used together with CMC, PVA. Recommended loading concentration when used in coating is 0.1-14%(coating weight). It can be changed depending on substrate, processing conditions, and long-term stability requirements.
