    OB is a thiophenediyl benzoxazole class optical brightener suitable for various thermoplastic polymers, painting ink, coating, paint.

    Properties:

    1. Small consumption, strong whitening intensity, small consumption can bring a very good whitening result.
    2. Wide service behavior, suitable for various kinds of plastic whitening.
    3. Have a good compatibility with plastic, good resistance to high temperature and excellent light fastness and weathering resistance.
    Applications:

    OB as an excellent brightener has been used in various thermoplastics including PVC, PS, PE, PP, ABS, Polyolefin and other organic materials, It can also be used in coating, paint and ink, has good compatiblity with many substrates, has been widely used in plastic industry because of good heat-resistance, low addition amount and exceptional whitening effect. It shows special bright shade combined with some dyes. it is suitable for food packing but local regulations must be observed.

    Method of usage:

    The recommended loading concentrations for light color polyolefin is 0.0005 % to 0.0010% and the loading levels in other plastics range between 0.005% and 0.100% depending on substrate, processing conditions, and long-term stability requirements.  When OB is used with UV absorbers, pls noted, the loading levels must be increased.

    determined by compositions of the specific polymer system

    Packing: Packaged in 20kg complex paper bags or 25kg fiber drums.
